2022 Conference Speakers
John Morales is an experienced bilingual journalist, sports anchor, reporter, filmmaker, and public speaker with an extensive background in radio and television.
John has been a longtime contributor to the Relevant Radio Network and served as the first Sports Director for the “Morning Air” show. John returned to Relevant Radio in 2019 to serve as the Host and Managing Editor of Relevant Radio en Español, he nows serves as the Host of Relevant Radio's popular "Morning Air" program.
John served as the co-producer, writer, and narrator of the multiple award winning “Champions of Faith: Baseball Edition, a groundbreaking sports film that showcases the intersection of sports and faith in Major League Baseball. He is also the Director and Producer of the 40 film and the co-founder of the non-profit media organization Pro-Life Champions.
Morales has been able to share his unique perspective on sports and faith both as a reporter for secular radio and TV and in Catholic media, including Relevant Radio, ETWN, Ave Maria Radio, Fox Sports Net Chicago, WJBK-TV Fox 2 Detroit, WKBD-TV 50/UPN-CBS Detroit, KTRK-TV ABC Houston, WBBM-AM 780 Chicago, ESPN, and many others.
Morales was born in Chicago and graduated from Marmion Military Academy. John also attended Quincy College and studied television and radio at Midwestern Broadcasting School. Morales lives in Glenview, IL with his wife Cindy and their son Joseph Dominic.
