Planning Committee
Volunteer opportunities include:
This committee meets monthly to help plan and organize all of the details of the conference
Deanery Coordinator
Deanery Reps help to ensure that the parishes and parish captains in a given deanery are promoting the conference at their parishes and have the necessary materials to do so
Parish Captain
Parish captains help promote the conference at their parish and organize a group from their parish to attend
Hospitality Team
This team helps on the day of the conference by greeting attendees, handing out programs, or working at the will-call ticket area
Set-up and Tear-down
This team helps set up the conference site on Friday night and tear it down at the conclusion of the conference on Saturday afternoon
